I’m being charged excessive fees and maintenance cost leaving the property

We strive to only work with properties which will go above and beyond to making sure our guests have a great experience. Take photos of the apartment before and during your stay, and let them know if there’s any damages or issues.

How’s the average wi-fi speed measured on a listing?

When a new location is added to the site, the property let us know what the average internet speed they have. At times we’ll visit the location, and test the range and speed in different parts of the property. We also combine results from speed test results that previous guests have opted in to share with us.

Can I get a dedicated internet connection or wi-fi access?

Most locations offer an option for a dedicated internet connection for an additional fee. However, they might require a minimum stay of 3 to 6 months.

Do you have an office in each city I can visit and ask for guidance?

We’re a team of remote workers, and while we strive to have representation in each city to help out with any issues you might have, we don’t have any plans to open offices in the near future. Offices would add to our overhead costs, and we aim to keep our offering as cost-effective as possible for you.
