- Free shared high-speed wifi included in rent, for a dedicated line, please ask our staff.
- Free included bedding set (200 baht fee per change).
- Water and electricity are charged based on consumption once a month at 32 baht per unit for water and 5 baht per unit for power.
- Housekeeping and cleaning will be charged at 200 baht per time.
- A security deposit of one month will be needed on check-in if staying for six months or longer, a security deposit of two months will be asked.

Reviews for Pansook High Quality Condo
Planned to stay for a month, but ended up staying for 3. The location is just great, just off the road from Huay Kaew. It might not have a fitness or a swimming pool, but the apartments are completely furnished, including a kitchen, and tools for cooking, no need to eat "home-cooked" street food all the time. The wifi speed at Pansook was above average, great for us digital nomads in Chiang Mai :)
