- Upon check-in, a one-month standard security deposit will be required, paid back on check-out, if staying for three months or longer, a security deposit of 2 months will be necessary.
- Water THB30 per unit consumed.
- Electricity THB6 per unit consumed.
- Move out cleaning fee of THB700 for a small apartment and THB800 for big size apartment.
- Linen, bedding set and towels included in the rental, a fee of 100THB is charged for each change.
- Free cleaning and housekeeping once a month.

Finally a place around Nimman that has a pool and gym in the building. Been living in a private studio for better half of a year searching for a new location, and we couldn't be more happier with The Siri Condo -> new, clean, and modern rooms, perfect for teaching online.

Highly recommended, even as The Siri was a bit over my budget than I;ve first planned for in Chiang Mai, however the location and the awesome rooms makes up for it, totally new and perfectly equipped with kitchen, washer, and comfortable bed. ++ Wifi speed ++ location (Y)

Very clean and beautiful apartments. Love the location, just a short walk to Wawee and Punspace Nimman. A bit expensive, but you really get what you pay for. Stunning and high end. Staff was very helpful and spoke english.

The best place around Nimman without a doubt. Everything was perfect, staff, well equipped room, awesome swimming pool.
