Viewdoi Mansion is located just outside the main city wall. View Doi Mansion has everything a Digital Nomad might need, great local food nearby, fantastic coffee shops and every amenities you could be looking for. Fast wi-fi internet with the possibility of wire for even higher speed.
When you first arrive at Viewdoi Mansion, you will be much welcomed by the owners as it’s a family run business only with a couple of employees. Every apartment is well equipped and furnished with a refrigerator, closet +hangers, a nice desk to get some work done, Cable TV with a few international channels including Discovery, National Geography, BBC World News, etc. You Will also have access to a vast balcony and if you’re lucky with a great view of the mountain.

Location
View Doi Mansion in Chiang Mai is located outside the main tourist routes so English is limited and most will be written in Thai only. Knowing a few words in Thai and not being afraid to try something new and you’ll soon be in love with the area. Grocery shopping can be done in the local Tesco Lotus Express on Santitham Rd or at the Kad Suan Kaew Shopping Mall 10 min walk away at Huay Kaew Rd.

Landlords should have their own award ceremony, Ake is such a sweet and helpfull person. Best apartment by far in its price range. My studio room was quiet, and clean, including a small fridge, coffee table, work desk and a large balcony (I was lucky to get one with a view of the mountain)

Thought it wasn't possible to find budget-friendly apartments in Chiang Mai anymore. Really happy this place dosen't follow the trends. They could easily charge twice the amount. Ake, the owner is highly accommodating and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Just perfect. The location around the place has everything, 7/11 that never closes, streetfood everywhere, and a tesco just up the street.
