- Upon check-in, a one-month advanced deposit will be required, paid back on moving out.
- Water will be charged at a flat fee of THB200 per month for eight units. Additional units will be charged at THB25 per unit.
- Electricity will be charged based on consumption at THB7 per unit.
- Key card deposit of THB500, THB300 will be refunded upon moving out.
- Wi-fi internet is charged at THB400 per month.

I choose this place due to the location, was looking for something quiet, and peaceful out of the city. But everything is a bit old, and dated. Just moved to Rumpai Loft Habitat, what a difference, highly recommended over this place, it might not have a pool or gym, but lovely new rooms, and with a view of Doi Suthep.
