We loved it here, probably mostly due to it being budget-friendly and quite close to Nimman and the old city. The apartments are quite old, and sparsely equipped. However perfectly clean, nothing to complain about when compared to the cost.

After reading a few bad reviews on other sites, I was a bit nervous about staying at this place for a whole month. However, the pros definitely outrank the cons, English speaking staff, super happy to talk and share insights about Chiang Mai. Big and clean rooms, decent swimming pool with shade half of the day. Cons include - No kitchen in the cheapest apartments, tiny gym (however there's plenty of local options nearby) and the mattress could be better. However, I was told by other guests they have a brand new soft mattress in their room. Overall, great value, great location. Recommended

Well, I choose this place due to the location, literally right new to Central Kad Suan Kaew, and 5minutes walk to Nimman (Take the roads behind Huay Kaew). Really enjoyed having both a small gym and swimmin pool for this amount of money. Great value and thanks to both Nomad Rental, and Huay Kaew Residence - was a fantastic holiday, and month in Chiang Mai.

As pictured, but the room with the black newer furnitures is worth the extra money. Recommended, awesome location.
